Josh Warrington has made his prediction for the upcoming fight for the title of absolute world champion.
Oleksandr Usyk will defeat Tyson Fury in a fight for all heavyweight titles. Former world champion Josh Warrington thinks so.
The British boxer said that he used to be fond of his countryman, but the fight with Francis Ngannou completely changed his beliefs.
Now Warrington believes that the Ukrainian boxer will be able to defeat the Briton thanks to his skills.
“It’s going to be a clash of styles. There aren’t many fighters who, at almost 210 centimeters tall, can move like Fury. Despite that, fighting Francis Ngannou didn’t do Fury any good. He didn’t act like before, you don’t look like you used to.
I know Usyk is a good boxer, he has a lot of skills. Several times I took a wait-and-see approach, several times I leaned on Fury, but I prefer Usyk. The size difference is not that big, and for me, Usik’s boxing skills and his defense will be too much for Fury,” the Mirror quoted Warrington as saying.
We remind you that the fight between Fury and Usik will take place on February 17 in the capital of Saudi Arabia, Riyadh.
Earlier, Manuel Charr made a prediction for Usik and Fury’s fight.
