The boxing world champions met for an interview to discuss their upcoming fight in Riyadh.
Finally, WBC heavyweight champion Tyson Fury had a good word to say about Oleksandr Usik. Happened during an interview for the TNT Sports show Gloves Off.
Speaking about the WBA, WBO, IBO and IBF heavyweight champion, the Briton called his opponent a decent person. But at the same time, Fury did not forget to praise himself.
“I think we’re both decent people. We both have families, we both have children, we’re both godly. I don’t think you could be more decent.
But belts are different. We have to fight. And then we will see which of us is the best – me or Alexander. Regardless, I win, mark my words. He’s Alexander, but the Great is about me,” Fury said.
We remind you that the fight between Fury and Usik will take place on February 17 in the capital of Saudi Arabia, Riyadh.
Earlier, Fury hit Usik over an earring and received a well-deserved response from the Ukrainian.
