Undefeated American boxer Shakur Stevenson announced his retirement from his professional career at the age of 26.
“I am officially retiring from boxing.” “I will continue to train in the gym, improve my skills and help the next generations become great and achieve their dreams,” Stevenson, 26, wrote on the social network.
In his last fight, Stevenson defeated Dominican Edwin De Los Santos in November to win the vacant WBC lightweight title.
Stevenson remained undefeated on the professional scene, with 21 victories in 21 fights.
