Athletistic/ MMA. Russian mixed martial arts fighter Shamil Zavurov has shared his opinion on Khabib Nurmagomedov’s chances of returning to the octagon following the UFC lightweight title fight between Islam Makhachev and Charles Oliveira.
“No. No matter how the fight ends, I don’t think Khabib will come back. I can come back, but not Khabib,” Zavurov said.
Shamil Zavurov is a fighter and sports official for the Eagle FC promotion, which was founded in 2020 by Khabib Nurmagomedov.
Previously, Charles Oliveira called on Nurmagomedov to resume his MMA career if he wins over Islam Makhachev. The fight between Makhachev and Oliveira will take place on October 22, 2022 during the UFC 280 tournament in Abu Dhabi.
