“The contracts haven’t been signed, but the UFC management wants to organize this fight. I hope everything will be fine. I’m sure Beneil will win and fight Islam for the title. At this time there, Islam will already be the champion,” said Abdel-Aziz.
Beneil Dariush has 21 wins, 4 losses and 1 draw in professional mixed martial arts. Beneil last fought on May 16, 2021 with American Tony Ferguson, whom he defeated by unanimous decision.
