Former Russian boxer and now State Duma deputy Nikolai Valuev commented on the publication of the explanatory memorandum of the decision of the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS). Previously, the court decided to disqualify Russian figure skater Kamila Valieva for four years for doping.
