Kudukhov died in a car accident in 2013 at the age of 27.
— Besik Kudukhov was just a damn fighter. Fucking fighter, super fast. He may have fought more like an American than a true Russian. He was very fast and incredibly agile. He was also very unusual because he was able to win in two divisions, in two weight classes. That’s what made him special,” Cejudo said, as quoted by Metaratings.ru.
Kudukhov became a four-time world champion in freestyle wrestling and also won silver and bronze medals at the Olympic Games.
