On the main card of the UFC 298 mixed martial arts tournament, which takes place in Anaheim (California, USA), Georgian fighter Merab Dvalishvili met with former UFC champion in two weight categories, American Henry Cejudo. The rivals could not finish ahead of schedule and left the fate of the fight to the judges.
The fight between Cejudo and Dvalishvili lasted all three rounds and ended with Merab winning by unanimous decision.
Merab Dvalishvili now has 17 victories and four defeats in MMA. The Georgian extended his winning streak to ten fights. In his previous fight, Merab defeated Russian Petr Yan on March 11, 2023.
Henry Cejudo has 16 victories and four defeats in mixed martial arts. In the previous fight, the American lost to his compatriot Aljamain Sterling by split decision.
