The Briton wants a lot of money for a possible fight against the Ukrainian
Tyson Fury stated that after the defeat Anthony Joshua from Oleksandr Usyk he can think about return to the ring.
In an interview with talkSPORT, the Briton said that he was expecting a lot of money for the fight with the Ukrainian.
“Joshua will lose to Usyk again, and then Achilles will be called to help. I will answer them: “Fuck off, I’m retired.” Then they will start begging me. I’ll be back, but it will be expensive.”
At the same time, Fury kept his previous offer for Joshua. If Anthony wins the rematch, then their fight will be free to fans in the UK, with no pay-per-view PPV.
Recall that Fury announced his retirement after a convincing victory over Dillian Whyte in April. At the same time, the Briton has not yet vacated the WBC championship belt.
The second fight between Usyk and Joshua will take place on August 20 in Saudi Arabia. The fight will be broadcast live on the DAZN streaming platform.
Last fall, Usyk defeated Joshua by unanimous decision to become world heavyweight champion for the first time.
