Russian fighter Magomedrasul Gasanov defeated a compatriot Ibrahim Magomedov in the co-main bout of the ASA 171 tournament in Krasnodar.
The middleweight championship fight ended in the second round with Gasanov winning by technical knockout.
For the 29-year-old fighter, this victory was the 20th of his career with two defeats. The 29-year-old Magomedov’s professional record is 12 wins and three losses.
Gasanov defended his championship belt and reached the final of the ACA Middleweight Grand Prix, where he will meet another Russian Shamil Abdullaev (15-1).
