ASA League President Alexei Yatsenko said the middleweight Grand Prix final between Magomedrasul Gasanov and Shamil Abdullaev is scheduled for June.
On Sunday in Krasnodar, Gasanov (20-2) defeated Ibragim Magomedov by technical knockout, defended his championship belt and reached the final of the ACA Middleweight Grand Prix. For the 29-year-old fighter, this victory was the 20th of his career with two defeats; he has held the belt since April 2021. In the final of the ACA Grand Prix, Gasanov will meet his compatriot Shamil Abdulaev (15-1).
