The Ukrainian boxer assessed the possibility of having a fight for the title of absolute world champion.
Alexander Usik is still not sure that Tyson Fury will agree to enter the ring against him.
Forecasting the possibility of the fight taking place, the holder of the WBA, WBO, IBO and IBF titles struggled to confirm with 100% certainty that the fight will indeed take place on May 18.
“Everything is in God’s power. I don’t know what the probability of this match is. I believe it will happen. Not 100%, more than 70%.
But sooner or later this fight will take place,” said Usyk to Sky Sports.
We remind you that the Usyk-Fury fight was supposed to take place on February 17, but Fury received a cut in sparring. Because of this, the match was postponed to May 18.
Earlier, the ex-world champion gave Fury advice on how to defeat Usik.
