Alexander Usik’s former opponent gave his forecast for the upcoming heavyweight fight.

Joe Joyce considers the future clash between Anthony Joshua and Francis Ngannou interesting. The British boxer is also rated as the favorite in this fight.

According to former rival Oleksandr Usik, the Cameroonian can easily knock out the former world champion.

“Ngannou and I sparred, it was great. I felt hard punches in my hand and body. I respect Ngannou. If he can hit Joshua with one of the punches he hit Fury, I don’t think so that Anthony will get up. … Joshua will be like in a cage, I’m expecting a great fight.

Both have power in their hands, so it will be interesting. It’s an incredible story that a guy from the UFC switched to boxing and fought Fury, gave him a fight,” said Joyce of Sky Sports.

We remind you that Anthony Joshua and Francis Ngannou will meet in the ring on March 8th. The match will take place in Saudi Arabia.

Previously, Joshua expressed his disappointment in the failure of the fight with Wilder.
