President of the International Boxing Association (IBA) Umar Kremlev rented Alexandra Emelianenko for positive changes in your lifestyle.
Emelianenko, 42, has 28 victories during his MMA career, suffered nine defeats and one of his fights ended in a draw. Since last summer, he has been undergoing rehabilitation in Ingushetia. Emelianenko’s last fight took place in May 2023, when the fighter defeated blogger Evgeny Ershov ahead of schedule. In the spring, Alexander is expected to have a rematch with Vyacheslav Datsik at the Ural FC 7 tournament.
— Alexander Emelianenko often appears on your social networks.
– Sasha Emelianenko – well done! He prepares in the “Forest Edge” for his fight. I wish he would work more with children and leave everything he had behind. It is our desire, and his desire too. Everyone wants to see him healthy and strong, so he can be an example and encourage everyone to play sports.
— Be a coach and teacher or continue to perform?
“He can continue, but at the same time be a coach and a teacher. Learn them. Not drinking, of course, but encouraging people to exercise. And Sasha does it, he’s great. Remove all these intrigues, otherwise it would be said that he was changing religion or something else… Christians and Muslims are brothers. We must respect each other’s religions. We cannot divide people. Unfortunately, today there are propagandists who weave intrigues. And they do this to create conflict. Better yet, let them take up the sport and popularize it. This is the only option for these people to return to normal,” Kremlev was quoted as saying by a correspondent.
In mid-January, the Kremlin promised to offer Emelianenko an apartment if the mixed martial arts fighter leads a sober life until the end of this year and performs successfully.
