The fight with Ngannou could be the end of the career of Joshua – former world champion

Carl Froch shares his thoughts on the fight between former world champion Anthony Joshua and ex-UFC champion Francis Ngannou.

Anthony Joshua will struggle against Francis Ngannou. This is what former world champion Carl Froch said.

The former British boxer is especially concerned about the stamina of his compatriot.

According to Froch, Joshua should be especially careful with the punches of the former UFC champion.

“If Ngannou hits Joshua in the chin like he did to Fury, it’s going to take Anthony a while to get going after missing a punch.

Anthony went crazy fighting Pulev. Joshua boxed, moved well, but then he needed 4-5 rounds to get the job done. He won’t have that much time with Ngannou. Francis will put pressure on him, just a ten-round fight.

It’s like an exhibition fight, but it’s dangerous for Anthony. He has to go out there, win and make money – that’s the only reason he’s doing this fight.

Joshua is looking to win the undisputed world title fight against the winner of Tyson Fury and Oleksandr Usyk, but he still needs to get past Ngannou. This could be a very bad move if it goes wrong for him because it could be the end of his career,” Froch said on his Froch on Fighting channel.

We remind you that the Joshua-Ngannou fight will take place on March 8 in the capital of Saudi Arabia, Riyadh.

Earlier, a bright promo for the Joshua-Ngannou fight was released.
