Former UFC two-weight champion Conor McGregor said he intended to hold at least two fights before the end of the year.
“I want to fight Nate Diaz on Mexican Independence Day.
Michael Chandler in June. Diaz in September. I informed you of this.
I’m still hoping for June 29th. However, the lack of action in this direction leads to a lack of enthusiasm. I need a solution soon. But there is no date for the fight,” McGregor wrote on social media.
McGregor last entered the octagon against Dustin Poirier in July 2021 at UFC 264. McGregor lost that fight via technical knockout due to a broken leg. He has 22 wins and six losses during his UFC career.
