On March 5, the boxing championship of the Volga Federal District among boys aged 15-16 years began in Penza. The Mash Telegram channel reported that 11 children staying at the Vavellit hotel complex were hospitalized with suspected intestinal infections. The participants, coaches and judges of the championship lived there temporarily. The children came from the Nizhny Novgorod, Arkhangelsk, Ulyanovsk and Udmurtia regions.
