Joshua: If Fury or Usyk knock on my door, I’m ready

Earlier, the British promoter Eddie Hearn called on the “Gypsy King” to refuse a rematch with the Ukrainian in case of victory for the sake of a fight with A.J.

Former world heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua said he was ready to fight the WBC champion Tyson Furyor holder of WBO/WBA/IBF/IBO titles Alexander Usikif an offer is received.

“If they need me, they can knock on my door. I just want to be the best every time. Nothing changes for me. If they knock on the door, I’m ready.”

Joshua defeated former UFC world champion Francis Ngannou. Already in the first round, the Briton shocked the Cameroonian with a powerful blow, knocking him down. Francis managed to get up and continue the fight, but in the second round Joshua carried out another great attack and knocked out his opponent.

After the fight, the British promoter Eddie Hearn called on Tyson Fury to fight AJ. Hearn said that if “The Gypsy King” beats Usyk for the undisputed title, he should give up the rematch to fight Joshua.

Fury and Usyk will fight for the title of absolute world champion on May 18 in Riyadh. WBC President Mauricio Sulaiman announced that an agreement had been reached between the boxers for a re-fight.
