The Cameroonian fighter will not leave the ring after a heavy knockout in the fight against Briton Joshua.
Francis Ngannou is not done with boxing yet and has named his next opponent. The Cameroonian fighter, who recently lost to Anthony Joshua via a heavy knockout, believes that he has not yet said his last word in the sport.
At the same time, Ngannou said that he will combine boxing and MMA performances.
“Right now I don’t know who I will fight next. I know that I need some time to rest, focus on myself, then when I’m ready I’ll go back to training. Then we can start discussing the fights .
I’m not done with boxing, I’m not done with MMA. I have an opponent now in the PFL. My next opponent is Renan Ferreira, but I can still combine boxing and MMA,” Ngannou was quoted as saying by MMA Fighting.
We remind you that earlier the ex-world champion advised Ngannou not to compete in boxing.
