The British world champion believes he has managed to get fit nine weeks before the meeting.
Tyson Fury has spoken about his current fitness. According to the WBC super heavyweight title holder, he has gotten in good shape.
In addition, the British boxer promises to be fully prepared for the battle in nine weeks, when the fight for the title of absolute world champion takes place.
“I’m in good shape. I have nine weeks left before the fight. So in nine weeks you can ask me, am I in shape and ready to fight?
I just started packing, literally a few days ago. So I’ll definitely be fit and ready for the fight,” Fury said as quoted by the Manchester Evening News.
We remind you that the fight between Usik and Fury is scheduled to take place on May 18 in the capital of Saudi Arabia, Riyadh.
Earlier, Oleksandr Usyk spoke about his actions if Fury refused to fight again.
