The bantamweight fight will take place at UFC 301 in Rio de Janeiro on May 4.
Aldo is 37 years old and previously held the UFC featherweight title. In total, the Brazilian has 31 victories (17 by KO) and eight defeats in MMA. He fought his last fight in August 2022, when he lost to Merab Dvalishvili.
Martinez, 29, has 19 victories (9 by knockout) and four defeats in mixed martial arts.
