Tatyana Bulanova – about Bogatyrev’s performance in “My Beloved”: “I would watch the fight. It is likely that “boom-boom” was played in the song.

Russian singer Tatiana Bulanova told she didn’t know the fighter Adam Bogatyrev went to battle with her song and also shared how a friend got her interested in watching mixed martial arts tournaments.

In March, Bogatyrev, 29, defeated Kirill Kornilov in the semifinals of the ASA Grand Prix. Bogatyrev entered the fight to Bulanova’s composition “My Beloved”.

— Adam Bogatyrev went to battle on your song “My Beloved.” Did you know ?

– No I did not know. And I really regret not knowing it! I would watch the fight – I’m interested in what the exit was like. Probably, “boom-boom” was played in the song (laughs).

—Would you give Adam anything if you knew he chose your composition?

– Certainly! I would like to be persistent and achieve victory. I would have done it anyway.

— Do you remember the first time you performed this song?

– Although it’s the first time, no. It seems to me that this happened at a corporate event – they already happened in 1997.

— Have you seen at least one fight according to MMA rules?

— I had an actor friend Artem Anchukov, who, unfortunately, has already passed away. At one time he was also a ring announcer. Everything that happened in St. Petersburg was directed by him. He also visited the Chechen Republic and Dagestan.

And so he somehow invited me to Yubileiny. I remember asking, “I hope there’s no blood?” And he: “Of course it will!” In general, he decided to scare me. But in the end we went there with the children and we loved it so much! To a certain extent, even unexpected.

Besides, the youngest was several years old then, we had to leave the house early before all the fighting was over. So the first thing they did at home was start looking for which channel to watch it on. I also remember how our fighter knocked out the American in a matter of seconds. It seems to me that it was a record,” Bulanova told .

Live broadcasts of mixed martial arts tournaments can be seen on and Match! Fighter”, as well as on the sites matchtv.ru and sportbox.ru.
