The former middleweight title contender spoke about preparing for his next fight.

Sergey Derevyanchenko does not plan to end his career and wants to compete for the world title. The experienced Ukrainian middleweight spoke about this before the next fight.

According to the former contender for the world title in the middle division, he prepared well for the confrontation with Joshua Conley.

“I’m feeling great. I haven’t changed anything in particular in my fight preparation. I’m working with a nutritionist, so there’s no weight problem either. In every fight, every time I enter the ring, I’m trying to win. I want to win ahead of schedule , right now. Of course, my goal is to become a world champion.

Next opponent after Conley? I don’t know who my next opponent will be because this is business. But I will say that I am ready for anything,” Derevyanchenko told Luckypunch.net.

It will be remembered that the match Derevyanchenko – Conley will take place on July 30 at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, USA. The fight will take place on the undercard of the confrontation between Danny Garcia and Jose Benavidez.

Derevyanchenko has lost three of his fights in a row. The last time this happened was in December 2021, when the Ukrainian was beaten by Dominican Carlos Adames.
