The former rival of the Ukrainian and British boxers gave advice to his compatriot before the fight.
Tyson Fury should not try in every way to win an early victory against Alexander Usik in the upcoming fight. This is what the former rival of the British and Ukrainian boxers Dereck Chisora said.
In his opinion, his compatriot should concentrate on boxing, because rushing the knockout will benefit Usik.
“I think Tyson will try to knock Usik out, because he wants to prove something. But I think he shouldn’t think about an early victory.
He just needs to box and be engaged throughout the fight. I think it will be beneficial for Usyk if Tyson tries to knock him out,” Boxing News 24/7 quoted Chisora as saying.
We remind you that the fight between Usik and Fury is scheduled for May 18 in the capital of Saudi Arabia, Riyadh.
Earlier, Chisora named the factor that will ensure Fury’s victory against Usyk.
