“There are many interesting fighters among Alexander’s potential opponents, including Vitaly Minakov, Alexey Oleinik, Evgeny Goncharov and many others. Alexander is now in excellent physical shape, he works hard in training and is ready to fight a good fight.
It seems to me that it would be quite possible to have a super fight with his participation. We will discuss possible options,” Burchak said, as quoted by RB Sport.
Previously, a rematch between Alexander Emelianenko and Vyacheslav Datsik was supposed to take place, but this fight, which was on the Ural FC 7 tournament card, was ultimately canceled for technical reasons.
Alexander Emelianenko fought his last fight in May 2023 against blogger Evgeny Ershov. This fight ended with Alexander winning by submission in the second round.
