Teams “Leningrad” and “Kama” announced the compositions for the Superfinal of the All-Russian tournament ” Victory Cup”. The decisive meeting will take place on July 30 in Serpoukhov near Moscow.
A total of six teams took part in the tournament: “Leningrad” (St. Petersburg and North-Western Federal District), “Siberia” (boxers from the Siberian and Far Eastern Federal Districts), “Tula” (Federal District Central), “Moscow” (Moscow), “Stalingrad” (South and North Caucasian Federal District) and “Kama” (Volga and Ural Federal District).
“Leningrad” and “Kama” took the first two places in the group stage, which guaranteed them a place in the Superfinal. Below is the line-up for the playoffs:
Up to 60kg. Artur Subkhankulov (Republic of Bashkortostan) – Vsevolod Shumkov (St. Petersburg);
Up to 65kg. Gabil Mamedov (Orenburg region) – Ilya Popov (St. Petersburg);
Up to 70 kg. Alisa Sharifov (Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug-Yugra) – Magomed Murtazaliev (St. Petersburg);
Up to 80 kg. Andrey Kovalchuk (Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug-Yugra) – Ruslan Kolesnikov (St. Petersburg);
Up to 92 kg. Yaroslav Doronichev (Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug-Yugra) – Igor Fedorov (Saint-Petersburg).
The live broadcast of the Superfinal on will start at 7:30 p.m. (Moscow time).
The prize for the Victory Cup is 20 million rubles. For first place, the team will receive 10 million rubles, for second – 7, for third – 3.
