The Ukrainian holder of the WBA, WBO and IBF heavyweight belts shared his expectations for the upcoming fight.
Alexander Usik spoke about his expectations in the fight with Tyson Fury. According to the Ukrainian boxer, the Briton will look better in the upcoming fight than the confrontation with Francis Ngannou.
According to the holder of the WBA, WBO and IBF heavyweight belts, Fury only underestimated the Cameroonian.
“Tyson Fury will be a different fight to me. I think when Tyson fought Francis he was like, ‘Oh, this is a guy from the UFC, blah blah blah, I’ll win this fight easily, blah blah blah .’ This is just my opinion, I don’t know, maybe it’s true, maybe it’s not, but I know that Tyson Fury will fight me differently,” Usyk said in an interview with SecondsOut.
We remind you that the fight between Usik and Fury is scheduled for May 18 in the capital of Saudi Arabia, Riyadh.
Earlier, Usyk said what book he was reading while preparing for the fight with Fury.
