Russian athlete Khanum Velieva at a licensed tournament in Baku, she defeated Ukrainian Manola Skobelskaya ahead of schedule with a score of 12: 0 after watching a video replay and won a license for the Olympic Games in Paris.

Velieva, 24, is a European champion and bronze medalist at the World Championships.

The licensed Olympic tournament will take place from April 5 to 7 in Baku.
