Former UFC champion Ronda Rousey named the Russian Fedora Emelianenko the greatest fighter in MMA history.
– I think it’s Fedor Emelianenko. In his time, there was everything.
Additionally, he was involved in judo. I’m a big fan of judo and sambo is basically Russian judo.
I can say that Fedor’s fight against Mirko Cro Cop remains my favorite fight in the entire history of MMA,” Rousey said as quoted by talkSport.
Emelianenko has 40 wins and seven losses during his professional career. He was the Pride heavyweight champion.
