The Russian national team has set itself the goal of winning first place in the team at the European Boxing Championships, said the head coach of the men’s team, Viktor Farkhutdinov.
The tournament will take place in Belgrade from April 18 to 28. On Monday, the composition of the Russian national team for the European Championship was announced.
“We have a good team, everyone is in excellent shape. The last training camp before flying to Serbia is going as planned, there are no problems. In Belgrade we will try to win as many medals as possible. Our goal is first place in the overall team standings,” Farkhutdinov quotes the Russian Boxing Federation website.
