Russian boxer Artem Suslenkov and American Michael Hunter went through the weigh-in procedure before the face-to-face match at the upcoming IBA Night of Champions tournament.
A 10-round fight in weight over 92 kg will take place on April 14 in Tashkent. Suslenkov’s weight was 108.1 kg, and Hunter’s weight was 98.4 kg.
Suslenkov has 10 victories in the professional ring. Hunter has 22 wins, one loss and two draws.
Hunter has victories over Alexander Ustinov and Sergey Kuzmin, and in 2019 he drew with Alexander Povetkin. Hunter suffered his only loss in 2017 to Alexander Usik in a fight for the WBO cruiserweight belt. It was after this confrontation that Hunter moved up to the heavyweight division.
