Irish mixed martial arts fighter Conor McGregor meet an American Michael Chandler during the UFC 303 tournament, which will be held on June 29 in Las Vegas (USA), said the president of the organization, Dana White, during a press conference.
For the former UFC champion in two weight categories, McGregor, this fight will be the first in three years.
McGregor last entered the octagon in July 2021 at UFC 264, his opponent was American Dustin Poirier. The fight ended late in the first round when McGregor tripped and broke his leg.
The 35-year-old Irishman has 22 wins and six losses in his MMA career, while Chandler, 37, has 23 wins and eight losses.
