Russian boxer Dmitry Bivol (22-0, 11 KO), WBA light heavyweight world champion (up to 79.4 kg), expressed his thoughts on the upcoming fight with his compatriot Artur Beterbiev (20-0 , 20 KO), WBC, IBF and WBO title holder. This fight is scheduled for June 1 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
“This is a great fight not only for me, but for all boxing fans. I am grateful to Saudi Arabia for organizing this fight. When I became a professional boxer, my goal was to become an absolute champion. I am happy to be able to fight for all the belts on June 1,” Bivol said at a press conference.
