After UFC 300, Charles do Bronx lamented the setback to Arman Tsarukyan; Brazilian, however, preached ‘come back’ and warned his opponents
Charles do Bronxfighter from UFCspoke again after the defeat to Arman Tsarukyan. The Brazilian had some chances to finish the match against the Armenian, but ended up getting the worst of it in the judges’ split decision. On his social networks, the former lightweight champion made a promise to his fans and rivals.
“We will come back better. That’s gone. Thank you for everyone’s affection. Love you”, Charles wrote. The athlete is facing a difficult phase in his career, with two defeats in the last three duels. Despite the result, Tsarukyan was full of praise for the Brazilian, especially in comparison to the Russian Islam Makhachev:
Charles is more dangerous (in relation to Makhachev) because he is very good at Jiu-Jitsu. He’s dangerous for me because, if he gets the position, he can submit you, like it was in the first round, where the choke was very tight. If I didn’t know how to get out of there, I could ‘sleep’ and lose the fight.”
