The former world super heavyweight champion revealed which belt holders he is willing to fight.
Deontay Wilder says WBA, WBO and IBF world champion Oleksandr Usyk will be an easier opponent for him than WBC title holder Tyson Fury.
The star American heavyweight said which champion he would be willing to fight with in the ring. According to the “Bronze Bomber”, he is ready for the fourth fight with the Briton, but better with the Ukrainian.
“I believe I will face Tyson Fury for the fourth time. Out of the two, maybe it will be easier for me to fight Alexander. I have never faced him. Styles make fights, we have never fought, so we don’t know each other
When you’re fighting an opponent you’ve never faced before, you never know what surprises might happen. But at the end of the day, I respect all the fighters who step into the ring. They put their lives on the line for others,” Wilder told Sky Sports.
Let’s remember that Wilder fought Fury three times. Their first match ended in a draw, and then Deontay lost twice early.
Fury’s fight against Usik will take place on May 18 in the Saudi capital of Riyadh.
Previously, Daniel Dubois gave advice to Fury before the fight against Usyk.
