Athletistic/MMA. Islam Makhachev’s manager Rizvan Magomedov spoke about the fighter’s immediate plans.
On June 1, during the UFC-302 tournament, Makhachev will defend his belt against Poirier.
Magomedov said he considered Arman Tsarukyan to be the next adversary of Islam. He suggested when and where this fight could take place.
“Islam will defend himself in a fight against Poirier, then we will have a fight with Arman (Tsarukyan). We must admit, he deserved this fight, came to the first line of the ranking and defeated all his opponents. “We have these two fights on the horizon, and then, will we see the fight with Tsarukyan this year? Yes, it could take place in Abu Dhabi or New York,” Magomedov said.
