Athletistic/ Boxing. Former world heavyweight champion Andy Ruiz has once again affirmed his desire to have a third fight against another former champion in his division, Anthony Joshua.

“I haven’t talked about a trilogy with Joshua and Turki Al Sheikh, but I’m sure he’s already discussed this fight with Eddie Hearn. I just want to get back in the ring and everything will grow from there. Joshua says he’ll have a few more fights and he’ll retire, but I don’t want him to retire without fighting me.

I think it’s going to be a very explosive fight because he beat me when I wasn’t prepared, when I wasn’t training. Everything Ryan Garcia talked about but didn’t do, I did, even if I didn’t talk about it. So this time it will be different,” Ruiz said, as quoted by Boxing Scene.

Ruiz fought Joshua twice in 2019. In the first fight, Andy scored a quick victory and won three championship belts, but lost on points in the rematch. After the fight, both boxers admitted that a third fight could take place between them.
