NSAC froze $31,000 of Tsarukyan’s fees for fight with fan

Nevada State Athletic Commission (NSAC) blocked $31,000 from Russian fighter’s purse Arman Tsarukyan during the investigation into a fight between an athlete and a fan during the UFC 300 tournament, reports journalist John Morgan on social networks.

On April 13 in Las Vegas, 27-year-old Tsarukyan, while starting a fight with Brazilian Charles Oliveira at the UFC 300 tournament, tried to hit a fan in the stands who showed him the middle finger. After winning the fight, Tsarukyan explained this act at a press conference, calling it unacceptable behavior from a spectator.

Tsarukyan, 27, has 22 victories and three defeats in mixed martial arts.
