Paul Malignaggi does not believe that the skill and class of the Ukrainian will be able to defeat the greater size of the Briton.
Paul Malignaggi believes that Tyson Fury’s massive size will surely make him the owner of all the belts in the heavyweight division.
The former world champion paid tribute to Ukrainian boxer Alexander Usik, but did not even think that the Briton could lose the fight.
“I still prefer the Fury because of the size. Usyk always found a way to win and solve the puzzle because he is a very smart boxer.
But Fury is a natural super-heavyweight, the greatest super-heavyweight of the era, so he makes life difficult for Usyk, who is not a natural super-heavyweight.
He can’t be eliminated, but it’s hard to see Fury lose the fight, I hope to see a motivated Fury,” Malignaggi said as quoted by DAZN.
We remind you that the fight between Usik and Fury is scheduled for May 18 in the capital of Saudi Arabia, Riyadh.
It was previously known that the winner of the Usyk-Fury fight will become the absolute champion in just two weeks.
