Athletistic/Boxing. Ukrainian boxer Alexander Usik became the first absolute world heavyweight champion in the last 25 years. In the title fight, which took place in Saudi Arabia, he defeated the British Tyson Fury.

The fight lasted all 12 rounds and ended with Usik winning by split decision. In the ninth round, Usik knocked Fury down, but the Briton was able to recover and continue the fight.

The last undisputed world heavyweight champion was Lennox Lewis, who held the WBC, WBA and IBF titles until April 2000.

Usyk holds the WBA, WBO and IBF belts, while Fury held the WBC championship belt before the fight with Usyk.

Usik fought 22 fights in the professional ring and won them all. Fury, in turn, suffered the first defeat of his career.
