Athletistic/ Boxing. Legendary former world heavyweight champion Lennox Lewis analyzed Tyson Fury’s defeat to Alexander Usik in the fight for the absolute world champion title.
“I think there were too many voices in Fury’s corner. I thought he boxed well for half the distance. He had to box because Usyk was very explosive.
I think Tyson needs to take action. For me personally, the main guy in his corner is Coach Sugar Hill. But John Fury, immediately after the knockdown, insisted that Tyson circle the ring and take a break. They began to convince Tyson that a 12th round would be enough for him to win. But that wasn’t the case. In the 12th round, he needed a knockdown, even a knockout,” Lewis said as quoted by Vringe.com.
It was previously reported that a deal had been reached between Usik and Fury for a new fight.
