In the fight for bronze in the weight category up to 70 kg, Taymazova defeated the Greek Elizaveta Teltsida.
Taymazova brought Russia a second World Championship medal; Timur Arbuzov had already won silver.
The World Championship will end on May 24. The Russians are participating in the tournament in neutral status.
