Reportedly, Trump promised Nurmagomedov that he would achieve peace in Palestine if he were elected president of the United States.
“I know you would have stopped the war in Palestine,” Nurmagomedov said. “We’ll stop him, I’ll let him,” Trump responded.
Makhachev won by fifth-round submission. The Russian defended his UFC title for the third time in his career.
