Fight between Irish Conor McGregor and American Michael Chandler could be canceled or postponed, reports Essentials Sport.
Earlier, the head of the promotion, Dana White, announced that former two-weight champion McGregor will face Chandler at UFC 303, which will take place on June 29 in Las Vegas (USA). On June 3, a press conference dedicated to the upcoming fight was scheduled to be held in Dublin, but it was postponed.
According to former UFC fighter Josh Thomson, McGregor suffered an injury that could prevent him from competing. According to ESPN reporter Ariel Helwani, the UFC has already begun exploring options to replace McGregor or stage a new fight.
