The Ukrainian absolute world champion believes that the American boxer should not continue to compete.
Oleksandr Usyk has joined the experts who are advising Deontay Wilder to end his professional career. The Ukrainian absolute world champion expressed this point of view when commenting on Zhang Zhilei’s victory over the American.
Usik believes that the defeat, and most importantly a heavy knockout, ends the further performances of the “Bronze Bomber”.
“It was a good fight, but I think it’s the end for Deontay,” Usyk said on the 3 Knockdown Rule.
It can be remembered that Zhang Zhilei knocked out Deontay Wilder in the fifth round.
Earlier, Oscar De La Hoya supported Wilder after his loss to Zhilei.
