Final fight of the ACA Heavyweight Grand Prix between the reigning champion Evgeny Goncharov And Adam Bogatyrev will be held in Moscow on August 16 as part of the ACA 178 tournament.
The winner of this fight will become the owner of two titles, said the first vice-president of the league Alexei Yatsenko.
Goncharov has held the league championship belt since March 2023, when he defeated Alikhan Vakhaev and advanced to the semifinals of the ACA Grand Prix. In February 2024, he defended his title by defeating Anton Vyazigin in the semi-finals and thus becoming a finalist in the ACA Heavyweight Grand Prix.
Bogatyrev reached the Grand Prix Final in March 2024, replacing the injured Mukhumat Vakhaev and defeating Kirill Kornilov by choke.
Goncharov has 21 wins and three losses, while Bogatyrev has 10 wins and three losses.
