Usyk-Joshua rematch will be broadcast in Ukraine by MEGOGO media service
Oleksandr Usyk (19-0, 13 KOs) personally acquired the right to broadcast his fight with Anthony Joshua (24-2, 22 KOs) to transfer them to Ukrainian broadcasters for free.
“Free broadcasting is a gift from Oleksandr Usyk, because he received these rights at his own expense, and wants to transfer them to the entire Ukrainian people free of charge, so that every Ukrainian who wants to can watch this fight live.”
“During the live broadcast, everyone will be able to contribute to the victory using a QR code. Also, all sponsorship funds will go to the Oleksandr Usyk Foundation, and will also be used to help Ukraine, ”said the promoter of the Ukrainian Oleksandr Krasyuk.
Krasyuk also noted that after the fight, Usyk will personally and publicly report on exactly what needs the collected money will be used for.
In Ukraine, the broadcast of the Usyk-Joshua rematch will be hosted by the MEGOGO media service. The broadcast will be free for viewers in Ukraine. The screening will also be available on the regional channels of “Suspilny” and on Usyk’s YouTube channel – Usyk17.
The second fight between Usyk and Joshua will take place on August 20 in Saudi Arabia.
Last fall, Usyk defeated Joshua by unanimous decision to become world heavyweight champion for the first time.
