Froch: Joshua hasn’t really lost any big name fighters

The former world champion criticized the British boxer for the lack of powerful names on the list of achievements.

Anthony Joshua will not be the favorite to face Daniel Dubois for the IBF heavyweight title. Former world champion Carl Froch thinks so.

He didn’t think the former Olympic champion and super heavyweight title holder often fought strong opponents and could lose to Dubois.

“Dubois will be fighting Joshua, who hasn’t beaten a big name fighter since fat guy Andy Ruiz took him down and Oleksandr Usyk beat him twice.

He fought with Usyk to say: “I did very well.” After the fight with Ngannou, Anthony said: “I won a good win,” but Francis fell to the ground after the first right hand.

If Dubois believes in himself, it could be an exciting fight,” boxingnews24 quoted Froch as saying.

We remind you that the fight between Daniel Dubois and Anthony Joshua is scheduled for September 21 this year.

Earlier, Oleksandr Usik announced his relinquishment of the IBF championship belt, so the fight between the British is for a full championship.
