The WBF champion announced his return to the ring, where he will raise funds for Ukrainian warriors
WBF junior welterweight world champion Aram Faniyan (24-2, 6 KOs) announced his return to the ring on August 3.
“This will be a really big boxing evening, which will have a very important charity purpose. I am convinced that we will show great boxing, the audience will definitely be pleased, and at the same time we will be able to raise funds for our military, who are right now protecting our state from the enemy.”
“By the way, I already know the pairs of the boxing evening. I can assure you that you should not miss this event, it will be very interesting.”
Aram Fanian had his last fight on January 20, knocking out Mexican Francisco Mercado in a fight for the vacant WBF light welterweight title. This fight became the central event in the boxing evening at the Kyiv Sports Palace, organized by the Sparta Boxing Promotions company.
At the event, we managed to raise an impressive amount for the UNITED24 project to restore a sports school in Nikolaev. Also, as part of the event, an auction was held with valuable sports and military lots, and the proceeds from it will be transferred to the consolidated paramilitary patrol police unit named after. Nestor Makhno and the Shock Company of the BpAK “Combat Khrushchi”.
