Brazilian, UFC light heavyweight champion Alex Pereira and contender for the Czech title Jiri Prochazka successfully passed the weigh-in ahead of the main event of the UFC 303 tournament, the promotion’s press service reports.
The fighters showed the same weight on the scales – 92.76 kg. Thus, both respected the light heavyweight limit (93 kg).
The record of Pereira, 36, includes 10 victories and two defeats. Prochazka, 31, has 30 wins and four losses. The fighters previously met at UFC 295 in New York, when Pereira won by second-round knockout.
